Beginning a mindfulness practice can be intimidating, but I am here to offer you a program that is gentle, informative, and approachable. As a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2009, I have used my knowledge in this field as the foundation for developing an array of techniques and alternative strategies that help demystify the practice of meditation. Through body and breath awareness, you will learn how to stop fearing what has not yet happened and let go of what has come before, so you can begin living in the present.
My hope is that through the practice of these exercises, you will feel confident and excited to use this positive coping skill to not only manage your current symptoms, but also begin to naturally move towards a more centered, accepting stance on life.
In addition to the guided meditations provided below, I also develop customized recordings of meditations based on your unique needs and goals. This recording is then sent to you either in an email or text (whichever you prefer), allowing for easy access and maintenance of your mindfulness practice.
